The second Annual Meeting of the General Body of the club was scheduled for Saturday 20th August 2011. As the required quorum was not present within 30 minutes, the meeting was adjourned to Saturday 27th August.

At the second meeting, a fresh group of office bearers was duly elected, and took charge of the management of the club with immediate effect:

Vice President: Ravi Santhanam
Secretary: Ravi Venkatraman
Joint Secretary: Mohan Narayanan
Treasurer: M Raghunandan

The newly constituted Management Committee held its first meeting the following Tuesday, and is presently in the process of finalising the various working committees that will oversee the functioning of your club.
